10 Habits to Improve The Mind

Based on the days I spent until now, it seems like never be enough to do things just in 24 hours. I mean, many people are also struggling with their thoughts, minimizing time craving for what they want. Then, mumbling like how it surprisingly flies so fast?

What a common thing, to feel regret at the last of the moments.

The point belongs to not stop learning and making your moves worthwhile, like these ways of improvement. The habits that will never be too late I can suggest to you:

  1. Wake up earlier

The force to get everything done as soon as possible is barely not hard, as long as you wake up at 5 A.M.

Then, how? Although it seems like too impossible, make sure you are not too late to sleep at night and set the alarm on.

The first thing you have to do after waking up is to make the bed. It may avoid you from laying down and procrastination.

Then, you can refresh your mind during the break by taking a nap for about 15 to 30 minutes to support your performance.

2. Eat more healthy foods

A good mood comes from good food. It has always been said to consume vegetables like tomatoes and green leaves, including meat and supplements as the source of protein.

Vitamins, minerals and other nutrients in them play the role to boost the immune system.

They make you healthier, as well as drinks made from milk and honey. The substances prevent you from diseases that may occur later.

3. Pray

One of the keys to your success is by praying actively. This obligation helps you to get more achievements in your personal and professional life, along with hard work.

So, never skip and join the community that may change the person to be a better one with them.

4. Read books

Books are living with many benefits from the inside. They usually come as conclusions that are made in every chapter for you to find them out.

You can plan to have a discussion with the experts, listen more about their perspectives related to the studies or subjects and get a deep understanding of your interest.

5. Read and write

All creative people tend to focus and manage their time efficiently and of course, they enjoy reading!

Start by writing in notes, and make lists of the needs and tasks that may support your career, especially for a content writer.

It can also be a reward for yourself in the future, maybe 3 or more years later.

6. Drink water 8 glass a day

According to research, you have to drink 8 glasses of water a day to stay hydrated. The body contains about 70% water hence it is one of the most crucial elements, that protect organs from the digestive system to the brain.

In addition, you should reduce consuming sugar and soda to prevent diabetes type 2 or other conditions.

7. Have a good sleep

A study found that an adult should sleep 7 hours a day to boost mood and maintain mental health. Moreover, it increases productivity in the office.

The problem is when you find somehow the difficulty. I recommend you drink tea or take a bath in warm water and relax your mind after doing a hectic job.

8. Exercise

Both swimming and jogging are supposed to be good for the heart and overall health. When you have a busy time, at least do exercises once a week, day or night, indoors or outdoors for only 30–40 minutes.

It can prevent you from diseases later like stroke, and even dementia which often happens in aging.

9. Cooking

I like to cook with its taste more spices but not too spicy. Especially in Indonesia, a place where many delicious foods are easier made only at home.

Fortunately, nowadays you can the food materials online with apps by phone.

How the skill may also gain weight and certainly save more money.

10. Have money in cash

It is important to keep the cash and meanwhile, give to charity to help others. The way to train empathy can be useful in an urgent time.

Shortly, at least you are having some money when you forget to bring your phone, it lacks the battery, or even worse like losing the credit card (but hopefully not).

Along with the habits, remember to do the things regularly cause they exist as good lifestyles to up your mind level.
